I called and made an appointment for a 90 minute massage. I showed a few minutes early and they were happy to accommodate. The place looked and smelled very clean. I received a very relaxing massage with the massage therapist walking on my back and hot stone treatment. The best sleep that night in a very long time. Thank you I will return.

I got a beautiful, stress relieving massage at Lucky Star spa today with the hot stones. The place was very clean and looked like it was brand new and all that helped me have one of the best massages I ever received, thank you I will definitely be going back.

The day of my visit we git a lot of snow. I called the number on the door at 9 am. The owner said that they were closed due to the snow, but I said I was sitting out front of the shop. She said give me 10 minutes but she was there in 5. Very clean and comfortable shop.

Booked a 45 minute massage on their website for 9am. Arrived and closed. Waited till 925am, still closed and no one around. Ended up leaving and not getting the massage. If your hours of operation are to open at 9am, allow customers to book a 9am, you should be there at 9am. WILL NOT be going back. Very disappointed.
